This service is designed take the pressure off of you and your family and will allow all of you to enjoy your Wedding day without the added stress.

Day of Coordination is for those who have already made vendor commitments and planning. At this point, the coordinator will be working with the information you give her to formulate a master plan for the entire wedding day, so that you can rest assured that the details are in place and the event is being managed by a professional.

Our "Day of Coordination" Package consists of the following:

• Ongoing support via telephone or e-mail for your concerns and questions
• Attend and coordinate rehearsal (up to 1 hour)
• Contact all vendors 3 days prior to confirm times and locations
• Act as a liaison between you and your vendors to insure that your ideas are carried out and activities are kept on time
• Provide a detailed event timeline for contracted vendors and wedding party
• Distribute final payments and tips to vendors if needed
• Assist with ordering of rental items if needed
• Supervise set-up and distribute favors, programs, place cards, etc.
• Line up all family and wedding party for processional
• Coordinate all reception details such as Grand entrance and first dance, toasting, cake cutting, etc.
• Place personal items (ie. such as bouquet, cake topper, cake knife, portrait, guest book, goblets.)
• Day of Wedding Coordination, no time limit
• Ideas and excellent vendor referrals also as needed
